The foundation's assets: resources for a good cause.
The invested assets are used exclusively for the foundation. All expenses required for the ongoing management of the foundation's projects are covered by capital gains and contributions from the family-owned companies, as well as through donations from third parties. The foundation's assets were provided by the founder Heribert Nasch and his family.
Charitable status: deeply held conviction, officially recognised.
The Heribert Nasch Foundation was granted legal capacity by deed dated 21 September 2005 from the Lower Saxony Ministry of the Interior and Sports. In addition, the Lingen tax office first confirmed our charitable status by certificate dated 27 December 2005 (tax number: 61/270/09026).
